Just wondering how many people on these forums like math?! I'm naturally good at math for some reason. it comes easier than other subjects. I tutored Calculus in college too.
I've taken precalc 1 and 2, calc 1,2, and 3, linear algebra, and differential equations. looovvve it all!

    Here!

I'm starting my senior high school year in September and I'm taking four extra maths lessons a week. I'm also planning on taking maths at university

I don't really like it all that much, but I'm good at it so far

I am a physics and math double major. I've taken the same math courses as you so far, and next semester I'll get to start on analysis.

My math is a bit rusty, but I'm slowly getting back into the groove of it. I hope I remember everything quick enough anyway since I'm going to school in two months to be a math teacher. xD

Sorry, I'm not much of a mathesist. I mean, I like math, and I'll even do some math just for fun 'cause I'm bored. But the farthest I've gotten was failing pre-calc (a mix of bad grades on exams, no homework, and no studying), but my mathenising is pretty good if I try.

Love algebra, hate calc. Differential equations are the bane of my existence. And tricky integrals.

I like Maths. And numbers in general. Unlike stupid humanities subjects, there isn't a grey area of being 'right' or 'wrong'. You're either correct or incorrect, and you can only blame yourself for your failures.

And it always makes sense. Somehow, it does.

I like statistics on things... Probability is so interesting to me. Also stats in baseball I read into for interest.

Other then that I'm much more of a music nerd

    Ugh, I can't stand math.

I had to take a statistics class in college during winter term and barely earned a C. I easily hated probability the most. I've just never been very good at math. But luckily, my major has nothing to do with math and I don't have to take another course in it.

    There's probability :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I'm also a math lover. I'm going into my senior year of high school, with math-based schedule (AP Econ, AP Chem, AP Calc BC, AP stat, and then english :frowning2: ) but overall, a lot of math. I'm planning on doing Math in college too.

I love maths and I'm taking Economics at university, which can eventually become rather mathematical. I'm not actually particularly gifted, but I did manage a 6 in IB SL Maths, which is okay but before I did the exams I was hoping for a 7! (if anyone reading this took the HL then I have a huge admiration; I gave up after a year)

While I've forgotten most of Geometry, I have one year left in high school and I have already taken through cal 2. I think I'll do something easy like linear algebra next term and the AP cal review. Last winter, I took a class called "Visual Mathematics" that was custom made by a teacher at my school. We even had to write a paper and stuff in it. It was overall pretty fun. I remember researching mathematical use of perspective in art and the "sfumato" technique in old paintings. It was pretty cool.

I like math for the most part, that is until I encountered integrals ._. I never saw math the same again.

Another math lover here. I took AP Calc AB this year, and it was one of the best classes I've ever had. I'm going to major in some form of math (haven't chosen one yet) at university
