In the footsteps of Rick Perry, here's Mitt Romney with a very "important" message

I personally think he's trying to pander to the more conservative republicans through the whole 'Obama is attacking religion' card, that's all there is to it.

I'm so sick of political commercials... Guess that's the crappy thing about living in a swing state...

This strategy has worked so well in the past... you think that campaigns would learn from their former opponents mistakes.

Says the man who is the nominee of a party that never skips a oppertunity to spread lies and filth about every non-fundementalist christian.

he apperently has chosen Paul Ryan, a man who claims that his christian faith led him to create a budget that demonizes and punishes the poor, the sick, the elderly, and the working class for having the audacity to be the people Jesus said would inherit the kingdom of heaven, all so the wealthy few the bible says wont be getting into heaven can extract more wealth straight out of the econamy.

They will scream that 'christians own this country' while doing everything christ told them not too.

    War on religion, my ass.

Eh, it's an ad that does not mean much.

Both campaigns have created ads that are false, but I would say Obama has edged Romney in that regard.

Lolololol, I wonder why in the world so many people feel so inclined to actually believe these ads. Like, sometimes, I wonder why America is so full of dumb people... like do these people have any common sense? Like my brother - so dumb! He's the only one out us three siblings that has started school in America from the beginning, my sister and I started in Africa. Oh, and I mean a small portion - I'm not saying everyone is dumb because then I would be dumb too xD

How does that matter to Romney anyway, if he's saying that he vows to keep his religion out of his work entirely? Lol. I hate politics.

His running mate (Paul Ryan, fyi) actually has a consistently conservative voting record. He's a pro-business, pro-life, anti-civil rights, pro-war, anti-foreign aid, anti-separation of church and state candidate, which really fits in well with the conservative values that seem to have been espoused by the Republican Party. Not a liability at all for a Republican vice presidential candidate.

Yea, just imagine the guy having to do peace talks over nuclear disarmament with north korea or Iran. He makes so many verbal mistakes its just a matter time.

Obama makes mistakes but atleast hes got charisma and can string a sentence together.

    And?

Barack Obama made the same mistake when he introduced Joe Senile Biden.

And you're also mistaken if you believe Romney has no chance to win.

    ---------- Post added 11th Aug 2012 at 09:55 PM ----------

I like Ryan's plan simply because there is no way in hell Medicare is going to survive at the current pace it's going, and the same can be said for social security.

Unfortunately, the people in this country are going to have to deal with some very tough and, in some cases, unpopular decisions for America to get back on track in terms of the deficit. There's a few things in his plan that I don't like, either. But they're the kind of changes that have got to be made.

Ryan's plan may be unpopular to a lot of people as I mentioned, but at least he's not sugarcoating it and telling people what they want to hear like Obama is doing rather than fixing problems.
