What word means holding someone to different expectations.? Like one person says one thing but will not accept that response as acceptable from other people? I thought hypocrisy but i am not sure if it fits this ?

One is discriminatory. One has double standards. One is hypocritical. It depends on what sense you mean it though. Can you give us context?
One person says i don't want to talk and gets mad if you push it but when you say you don't want to talk they push until you do. They don't want to be touched because their decompressing or upset stomach or such but will not accept the same answer .... And so on and so forth.
