Recently as I was walking my dog I saw a rather cute woman. She smiled and waved at me and I was thinking "yup, she's totally into me (!) " has this happened to anyone else or am I just full of myself

Was she walking a dog too? I've noticed, whenever i walk the dog, other dog walkers tend to stop and talk. They'll smile and nod, things that normally wouldn't happen if i didn't have the dog.

But yeah, if someone looks at me for more than a glance, guy or girl, and i'm having a good day, i tend to think that they want me.

Sure she wasn't just admiring your dog?

Most of the time, I think it's just pure friendliness. But occasionally, it doesn't hurt to image it as though the person was attracted to you. If it boosts your confidence, it doesn't hurt to pretend; after all, confidence is hard to come along these days, especially as an LGBT person.

I never think that, especially since I'm 20+ years younger than my neighborhood's dog walkers. But the thing about you is that most people are straight, so it'd be more likely for a guy to be into you.

Usually I have low self-esteem, but recently when I found out tons of my friends actually had crushes on me, I've began thinking that just about everyone that is a little "too" nice to me is crushing on me. By too nice I mean just regular-ish nice, as not a lot of people are nice to me... :frowning2:
