Yes, I watched it with my gay guy friend! He loved the movie and recommended it, so we watched it together on his laptop in his car haha.
Actually it's been discussed here quite a bit. Great film. Search the message archive, there are at least 3 or 4 long threads but it's something that's always worthy of talking about in my book The book on which it was based is also worth the read. Used copies can be found on bookfinder.com for pretty cheap, or your local library probably has it.
I have, it's a beautiful movie. My mom watched it also and enjoyed it since it was on her favorite channel: LMN.
I loved the movie I watche it for 3 days straight off and on haha it made me so sad when he jumped.... MY heart stoped I couldn't believe it :'( poor bobby
Yes, many of us gays have seen it. It's pretty well known I think. I've seen it a few times, it makes me cry(many sad movies do though, lol), especially when he jumps off the bridge and when his mother goes to the church and talks about how she killed her son.
I've seen the movie and read the book just recently. Both are excellent. I also cried when Bobby jumped.
Wow... After reading this thread I looked it up and watched it. I think it's wonderful and I want to read the book now.
