Lust - Physical attraction/desire for sexual activities
Love - Romantic attraction, liking to be with someone, see someone, talking with them and such

    Why're they called L-words? :/

i think everyone's going to have their own ideas on what those two things are. for some, they're both one in the same, for others they're mutually exclusive, and for others, both concepts compliment & build each other, ect.

Lust is just infatuation, mostly based on a superficial/physical attraction.
    Love is the real thing.
