Answers in Genesis is one of the dumbest websites ever made, Uncyclopedia is a more reliable source of information.
This would be absolutely wonderful satire. It saddens me that it is meant to be taken seriously, but I suppose some people really are just that stupid.
Never mind Dinosaurs. How about the general idea of putting all animal species on the Ark? Even taking only 2 of each that would take impossible ammounts of space, especially when you consider the logistics and environmental problems. Food, habitat etc. It's just mindboggling people believe this.
ha! i remember watching a video on this very subject in bible class long ago. (geez, how my mind has evolved since then). so, if i'm rembering correctly, according to them, all the species at the time from all over the world happened to fit into a 137x23x14m (440x73x43ft) space, lived in pre-dino extinction period, species from multiple geographic continental locations had to cross vast oceans to w/ no means of getting there, had to wait out through sitting in everyone's fecal matter and not get a rampant plague from the resulting bacteria buildup in such a small space, then somehow, only the dino's go extinct after flood resides for seemingly no apparent reason, and all this happens w/in the last 6000 yrs? yeah, this is what the vid generally stated. not to mention cohabitation w/ dino's (including predatory ones) and not get eaten. what a laugh i got out of it  oddly enough, the same preacher/creation science guyin the vid we watched, Kent Hovind, is now in prison for tax evasion. :roflmao:
The explanation of why they did not need to take every animal species is not only ludicrous but evidence of Noah being a genocidal ferryer: So whole species were abandoned because they were the same 'kind'.
What a complete load of shit. That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, and I simply can't believe there are people gullible enough to believe such nonsense. Oops, just noticed this is an old thread, but it appeared at the top of the forum? IDK, sorry! :3
Well if you discount every critical thinking skill that developed in your brain since about age 4 or 5, it sounds pretty legit.
