I finally found what relaxes me at night. A nice cold glass of water with ice before bedtime. Its also great for my complexion.
Water's amazing stuff! I drink gallons of it and always go through a decent amount through the night. Love it.
I know if I drank a glass of water right before bed, I would be up 2 hours later busting for a wee and then never get back to sleep again! Although I do sleep with a bottle of water by my bed, so if I do wake up in the night and I am parched, I can grab a sip of water and nod off to dreamland again.
