    sence the last time i got on EC i have lost 72 pounds!:slight_smile:
    used to weigh 250 now i weigh 178! :grin:

    Congrats, I know how much work it takes to lose that kind of weight, pat yourself on the back. :thumbsup: Doesn't it feel good to have all those pounds gone?

    though I guess I can't really relate much since I can never gain weight, no matter how much I eat
