I just started using the blog feature on this site. I've never blogged before, and I was wondering if people still read blogs.

I guess I'm not sure how long this will last, but any tips for a new blogger would be greatly appreciated.

See the top navigation bar where it says "My Settings" "Blogs" "FAQ" "Members List" etc.

I read some of them, but sadly the new level of privacy means I can't view a couple I liked. Ben's blog is just great, though, and even though pirateninja isn't around any more I've read through her blog.

I love reading EC blogs! They show a side of some members that doesn't necessarily come across in their posts.

The EC blogs are the only ones I keep up with, but I casually follow a bunch of food/cooking blogs once in a while.

Unfortunately, I don't have time and chose to spend my time doing other things.

i didn't know what one was until something i had been regularly reading described itself as one. It is still the only 'blog' i visit and read regularly.

just EC blogs. I also started blogging on here...first time I've ever done it so they're probably not very good, but it is a great alternative to a diary for me and reading others can give insite into who that person really is.

No I don't read any of them. Not on EC, not on any other websites. I don't have the time to read them and to be honest they just don't interest me that much, I'm sorry.

Thanks everyone for your input. I can definitely relate to those of you who don't have time. I'm on my off-season now (short as it may be), but when I'm swimming, I have a lot less (practically no) free time, too.

If anyone is interested, I just posted a new blog entry about coming out to my parents.

I haven't really read the blogs on EC, but in general there are a couple of blogs I follow.
