First, gay lisps are so much fun to listen to and speak with!

I don't naturally have one (my personality hasn't evolved that far out of the closet [if that's even how it works]) I was just wondering who all has one and how long have you had it compared to when you came out.

Feel free to add that jazzed personality to your written voice.

I don't think I have the lisp, but I have a high voice, and some people think I have a lisp, but I think they're stupay [:

Geesh that is one run-on sentence.

I do not have a lisp but I do have a gay sounding high voice. Lol. I like it and wouldn't trade it in for a deep one.

I used to have a lisp (from my dental work ) but now that I don't have any metal in my mouth anymore I am lisp-free. WOOT

I hated having a lisp, and would consciously correct myself everytime I noticed it. I will never allow myself to have a lisp.

I have a pretty deep voice too... especially in the morning... when the phone wakes me up and I answer it people are always surprised at how deep my voice is

I don't have a lisp, but would love one... you'd never have to come out to strangers, they'd just assume you're gay!

But yeah... it's like, "How many S's are there in Barbeque?"

Nope, I don't. I've done lots of public speaking stuff, so I think any sort of lisp I MIGHT have had, sortof became hidden through that. People say I have an announcer voice, whatever that means.

I don't have a gay lisp at all. Although I do have a rather high voice, but that's just because it hasn't completely changed.

No lisp... but I like to do one when I (occasionally) do my gay voice - in which case people say I do really well! If only they knew.

I have a rather deep voice though. I used to be really high until my voice broke, and it took me a while to get used to it, so I spent most of the time sounding boring and monotone, in which people liked to make fun of. :frowning2:

My voice doesn't sound high-pitched or gay at all. =S And I don't have a lisp...

I'm so opposite to the stereotypes. >_> I can't even pretend to sound gay, it just doesn't work with me.

I don't, but I do have a softer voice than most people. But I don't think its because I'm gay, it runs in the family, because my mom's voice is like that.

  16. I don't have a lisp, either. My voice is just...average. And monotone.

It's probably more appropriate to call it an accent, and not all gays have one (as you can tell so far). I just have a wonderful time when I meet people who have gay accents because there voices are always so ALIVE when they're in a good mood.
