    Do they exist?

Pertinent to my situation: do they exist in Sydney? I would love to go to one.

Not that I could find in my Google search in your area. I live in hick land, so I didn't even try searching it.

I think that's a fantastic idea though, because we really could use our own spaces...

This will probably sound insensitive…but…couldn't you just go to both a gay and a straight bar?

Gay bars frighten me, it feels too much like a meat market. They're not bad though.

    Straight bars are boring.

I've been to polyamory meetings where a good percentage of people are bisexual... but really, the people that go to those meetings are mostly really weird and too over-the-top for me.

Yes it did, and it was. So it's basically like this: go to straight bar and spend my time worrying about getting gay-bashed; or go to gay bar and get told I'm not all the way out of the closet or some other offensive thing that gay men tell us on a regular basis.

Does that help to answer your question?

There's also a bit of that, yeah.
