How much are the elections stressing you out?

Is it just me, or is anyone else having a lot of pre-election worry/stress. I'm 17 so I can't even vote yet, but when I get to a computer the first thing I do is scroll to the "elections" section of google news, and then check the latest polls on "real clear politics." Any advice on how to relax? Anyone else feeling the same way?

Not at all i dont like either obama or romney so i don't care. Nothing is really going to change either way i've come to realize its a big game and we should stop buying into it. Obama turned out a lot like bush and romney is against everything he supported as governor a few years back. They are both big lets grow the govt some more people.

I'd be lying if I wasn't stressed. Ohio is a swing state so I need to vote. I just can't wait until the election results are announced because I'm feeling anxious TBQH

Not at all stressed. I have accepted the inevitable, which is that the forces of total evil will win in my state.

  5. I hope Obama wins
Romney's homophobia is getting to me
but even If Romney wins that will not nearly be the end of LGBTQ rights.
But I feel no stress about it.

I don't like Obama or Romney. I am voting for Gary Johnson I like the majority of his policies.
    I support The Libertarian Party

The Libertarian Party's position on LGBT rights has remained unchanged since it was created in 1972.

I would agree with that gary johnson is good. People say its a wasted vote but you should vote on principle and again stop buying into this left right crap.

Yep, it's also stressing me out. I really don't want someone who thinks we can all just borrow money from our parents to go to college making decisions that affect me.

Yeah.. same here. If Romney wins, I won't have the money to go to college.

It is incredibly disturbing and nerve-wracking that this election is even close.

I saw a recent poll out of Germany of Obama vs. Romney that showed Obama getting 91% while Romney got 3%. That's the way it should be.

Yet for some reason at least 48% of this country is expected to turn out to vote for a creature so disgustingly vile and repulsive as Willard Mitt Romney.

I just can't wait 'til this election is over so that slimy snake can slither back into whatever hellpit it came from.

Most definitely. I can't believe the election is not even a week away, so scared. This election is absolutely crazy, Obama and Romney are far too close the the polls. Hopefully the Electoral College will lean towards Obama again.

I've got $100 riding on it, enough for a new iPhone 5, so I'm extremely nervous. Obama's basically a shoo-in, so I'm not worried, but I just wish it'd be over with.

It is what it is. So I'm not worried, whatever happens I'll survive. It may suck but I'll make it though. To be honest I've been through a lot worse in my life than a crappy president.

Haha yeah, people don't really have a lot of positive things to say about Romney in Europe.

The BBC also did an experiment in which they asked a variety of coutries -- mostly European -- who they'd vote for, and the results showed that out of all the people they asked (so all the countries), only 9% would vote Romney. Obama clearly won in every single country, except for Pakistan.

Romney is not even an option for most Europeans.

I love following politics and elections, so I'm not stressed out at all. Close elections are even more fun.

Presidentially, my state is already decided. I am giving my vote to Gary Johnson to spur third party involvement. 5% and we add another voice to the debates.

No that worked up about it, the president doesn’t have that much effect on people’s daily lives and the policies I’d most like to change aren’t likely to be effected by who wins.

Not particularly for me, either. It's kinda obvious to me I wouldn't like someone who won't let you finish your sentences, and right out say "no" to them be president.
