I personally haven't been to a wedding since I was a kid, but I don't recall any music being played during the vows. Maybe something nice and mellow, instrumental/classical perhaps?
Very cliche but at my friend's wedding last month she played "Marry Me" by Train as she walked down the aisle. Of course it was beautiful. During vows? No music was playing. I would think that during vows you want it silent so everyone can hear. As soon as vows ended and they kissed, another song played as everyone walked inside and greeted the couple. I think it was Party Rock.... lol.
Oh no. What I meant was..what song would make a nice fit during the recitation of vows. It's not necessarily needed to be played DURING.
