As for favorite games, I've been asked that before, and it always comes to this: I don't have a "top X list" or something, because I love a lot of games all the same, because everyone gives me a different kind of sattisfaction, so I can say wich are the ones I most like on each (for the lack of a better word) type of game:

For it's narrative: Killer7
JRPG's: Golden Sun series
Shooters (shoot'em ups): Any Bullet Hell, specially Mushihime Sama series
Shooters (FPS): A tie between DOOM and Half Life (oh, and Wolfenstein 3D)
Shooters (2d 3rd peson): Metal Slug series and the first Shinobi
Shooters (3D 3rd person): Resident Evil 4 (because I laugh at all the things the Ganados say)
Puzzle: Portal series
Fighting (2D): Marvel vs Capcom (the first one only)
Fighting (2D with weapons): Last Blade series
Fighting (3D): Tie between Project Justice and Tekken 6
Fighting (3D with weapons): Soul Calibur series
Survival Horror: Tie between Fatal Frame, Silent Hill and Eternal Darkness
Beat'em up (2D): Streets of Rage 2
Beat'em up (3D): God Hand (You're not Alexander!)

Plus any Goichi Suda and Tetsuya Mizuguchi game.

Yep, pre ordered and played. As for if you should get it, uffffff, that greatly depends on you: I loved the scenarios, the characters, the mechanics, the story, it's an excellent game; BUT it's too long for it's own good. If you played the firts game (American McGee's Alice) and liked it, you SHOULD buy Madness Returns right now. But if you get bored easly (the stages may take up to 2 hours rushing through, each one) you should let it pass, because it gets boring after a couple hours wandering doing nothing besides jumping and killing some ocasional enemy.

I really liked that game, I finished it, (I really liked the dresses you get each time you pass a stage), but I reckon is not a game for everybody.

I love games with have a lot of depth and/or graphics and love to play some really old games

Skyrim: Fun and awesome graphics. The only part I don't like is that for almost everything you have to go underground and things almost always look the same underground : (

Crusader Kings 2: Nice strategy game placed in the Middle Ages. It's very nice to play a medieval ruler and kill some uncles to inherit some land : )

Dwarf Fortress: 'Bad' graphics, but a lot of detail

Discworld Mud: A multiplayer online text game from the 90-ties. Extremely ancient way to play (no pictures at all) but extremly detailed and a lot of fun : p

Rollercoaster Tycoon: Sadly doesn't work on Windows 7.. I hate you windows : (

Simcity 2000: Probably the same :/
