Yup yup! I have a 20 gallon tank with two Red Wag Plays and a Black Molly. I've only had them for about a half year, so its still a little new to me. I originally wanted to eventually upgrade to a bigger tank and more (and fancier) fish, but the upkeep for three fish is enough for me. I also have a turtle, so I'm caring for plenty of animals (I'm maxed out - I refuse to get any more). And I love the three fish that I have already, no need for more.

Just googled Parrot Cichlids. They're beautiful fish!

I kinda have some  they were given to my nephew as a present and I ended up having to take care of them since he's to young.

I had a few neon tetras in a betta tank...and never cleaned it...and always forgot to feed them...and then I went off to college and I forgot them at home...and my dad found them a week or so later and fed them...and the tank got filthier and filthier...and eventually a girl I know came and switched them out for her Archie comics. I'm not great with pets that live in cages, I get bored of them.

When I was little we had a decent-sized tropical fish tank. One winter we went to Mexico, and people stayed in our house to look after everything while we were away. They went to change the water, and found distilled water under the bathroom sink. They poured it into the tank. It was vinegar. (sigh)

I meant multiple tanks ofcourse
    Currently:
Guppies, Neons, Serpae Tetras, Platies, Catfish, Goldfish, Koi, Gourami

Over the years I've had lots of different types of fish, even a couple saltwater tanks.

I've got a small five gallon tank with some neon tetras in it. I did start out with eight tetras and a pleco, but then the pleco and four of the tetras died. But having fish to look at is nice - it provides a nice distraction from homework since the fish are on my desk XD

You mentioned above you've got two betta's in the same tank...I thought more than one betta was a bad idea because they'll start fighting?

Nope, although if I were to have any kinds of pets, they'd be fish.
