Are there any French people here? It's just that I like to have French friends since I am very fascinated with their culture.
My father is french and I do speak it with him! Been to France a couple times too (Reims, and south of Paris). Not trying to be a bragger, but here I am!
I myself am not French, but my husband is Franco-German (or Germanic-French depending on how you put it). Though my French language skills are pretty poor.
1/4th French, with the remaining 3/4ths Belgian. I'd say my French is passable (though don't expect any oratorial or literary masterpieces either ) What do you find so fascinating about French culture, by the way?

I've had French classes in high school for four years. Haven't properly spoke for at least 5 years now though, it's kind of rusty. But I think I can make myself understood if I have to... I'll probably mix it up with Spanish though
Je ne suis pas française et je ne parle pas le français très bien. Clearly I've only had 3 and a half years in school. And I'm only very distantly french. I did to to France when I was a baby, though! And my mom lived in Lybia as a child, so she and my uncles speak french.
Well, nothing specific. I went to France one, and I fell in love with everything, the food, the arts, the history. I speak almost fluent French too.
DING DING! I am not french from France, but I am french canadian. I speak french as a first language. Though I am not 'pure lenn' (ie 100% french canadian) since my mother is polish, I am quebecois on my dads side.
