Depends on the country, if I can't trust the tap water (Italy, Morocco, Egypt, Eastern Europe, etc.) I only drink bottled water. But here in the Netherlands tap water tastes great, is cheaper and is better for the environment :icon_bigg

I don't care at all. Plus, in Amsterdam, where I usually live, tap water is cleaner than bottled water, so people pretty much always drink tap water.

Here in Oklahoma, yuuuuuck! I literally can't drink this tap water, it's just.. ewww! So much chlorine and then there's this weird rotten plant taste, YUCK! So in here I drink bottled water. I don't care which one, whatever's the cheapest.

Bottled water isn't the best for the environment, but I drink arrowhead and cheap store brand water. I can't drink of when it has any added minerals besides fresh water.

Shouldn't you choose a brand for the taste? I wouldn't like 'artesian Norway water'.. it sounds like a marketing thing, like: drink this water and you're cool and have status. Artesian means just that the water is pressurised, and the Norway part is not cool either, shipping water continents away is really bad for the environment :icon_wink

Tap water in Melbourne is great, and tastes better than bottled water.

    Tap water.
I never buy bottled water. If I have the chance to buy a bottled drink, I'm buying a soft drink or juice! XD

    I think it says -6 it says pH-6? AS-0 Ca-6 HC03-12 CL-12 Cu-0 F-0 Mg-1 Zn-0 N03-0 Pb-0 K-0 Na-7 SO4-6 pH-6

I think it's 6 instead of -6, else it'd be more than a million times stronger then for instance hydrochloric acid and it would burn through the bottle, the shelf, the floor of the shop and the earth itselves :icon_bigg

6 is oke though, water in bottles or tap water is rarely too acidic

Pure water has a pH of 7.
6 means that is is slightly acidic.

6 means it's more acid than alkaline...

No not really. Ideally you would want pH 7 water, although it's not really much of a difference.

It's acidic because of the added (or natural) minerals in the water. They are probably using them as selling point to make their water seem better - the benefits are so minor that they really make no difference at all.

    pH 6 - Oke, it's a bit acidic
As 0 - This is good, no nasty arsenic in your water :icon_wink
Pb 0 - Nice too, no poisonous lead in your water
SO4 6 - I often try to avoid too much sulfate in the water, it tastes bad in big amounts

When choosing water I try to find bottles with as few minerals as possible, as it can make the water taste bad.
