That was hilarious! XD Just highlights exactly how much people have chosen to follow and ignore certain parts of the bible depending on their own preference. =P
Another religion thread... ugh! But, I've gotta say, that was very funny! I found this bit simply hilarious:
Wow, I thought that this one would be easily debunked at snopes.com. But after reviewing the letter there and the origins of the legend, I am surprised to say she may have seen it. They, at Snopes.com, suggest that it made it to several papers within the United States and that she made a public apology for her "poorly chosen" remarks about homosexuality, months after the papers published the letter.
So, I'm a "biological error" according to Dr. Laura. Wow, thanks for the apology, Dr. L, really. [/sarcasm] Anyway, that letter above reiterates whatever I tell somebody when then point out Lev 18:22. They should either follow every word of the bible, or just use it as a guideline. It's not hard.
