Would you rather look younger or older?

Eh, it doesn't really matter to me right now.

I've been told by that I look younger than 20, and others say I look about my age. But I won't mind if I'm still told I look young when I am in my 50's and 60's.

 

Older. I want gray hair. I think it's distinguishing.

 

I've always looked younger. People thought I was in 3rd/4th grade when I was in 8th grade. Now I'm 21 and people always ask me what high school I go to, and I still get carded for buying cough medicine.

It'll pay off when I'm 30+ and look 25, so I'm okay with looking younger. ;P

 

I look younger than my age. I'm 21, I can easily pass for 16. Even though I complain about it a lot, I'd rather look younger than older.

I do wonder what I will look like when I am older. It frightens me D:.

 

I look younger than I am. A lot of people think I'm 12 when I don't wear makeup -_- but I don't mind because it will be awesome when I'm older and still look younger like my mom

I'd want to look 19 forever. That was my best age in terms of looks.

 

Generally people say I look younger than I am...(Last year I got carded to buy wine at a supermarket in Rome, where the purchase age was 16 )...

While it has its negatives, I feel so old right now that looking younger is all I have to hold onto at this point.

With guys especially I recall reading that physical age perception has mostly to do with the appearance and texture of your skin. I remember in high school some guys at age 13 already had rough mature adult 'manly' skin and full beards whereas some of us in our 20s still have sort of boyish youthful skin.

 

Until I was 25, I looked "boyish". At age 24, I was pulled over by a cop who didn't think I was old enough to drive. At the age of 31, I was told by one person that I "looked like absolute hell", and he would've guessed I was at least 40. I have no idea what happened between those ages. But it'd be nice to actually look my current age for a change.

People usually think I'm younger, but I also present myself that way: young and cute and silly. I'm not ready to be twenty yet!

 

I rather look my age, but once I hit 50 I would like too look younger, but it is what it is.

 

Am I the only one who looks older?

I always looked a LOT older than I actually was. On high school, my nichname was "Mister" (no joke). I've been told I look at the very least, 20 years older than I actually am.

So I guess I rather look younger.

 

I'd rather not have my shit skin and look older tbh. I get break outs of spots all the time, despite cleaning my face at least twice a day. I was always told when i was growing up, "you'll stop getting them when you get older", Well im still waiting for that to happen.

 

I could easily pass for 18-ish and sometimes I try tricking people into thinking I still am. I like it when they buy into it Don't think I still have to answer the question in the title haha.

The legal age for alcohol in the Netherlands is 16 too and I still get carded once in a while. Even in the supermarket I regularly go to. I take it as a compliment

 

Most poeple think I'm younger. One time when I was 18 some guy in his twenties thought I was 21, I felt flattered to hear that for a change But generally I wouldn't want to look older than my age.

 

I would love to look young. I think I look older than I am.
