    I am really bored. I always get bored at night to the point of just going to sleep or eating (surprised I am not obese by now), :slight_smile:. But I am not sleepy.

    I am not strong enough to even do one pushup.
    I have tried to juggle, with no good results.
    For the last two, I have being on video.
    Lol.

    Okay, if you WANTED to do a push up, you have to practice trying and failing 1st.
    (nobody can see ya in your room: you CAN do a girl's one, on the knees, it works well if you got big hips)

    In case somebody wants to do a push up and don't know how, I will post a couple tips: have a mirror to watch, no not cuz you beautiful and glistening. pay attention! if you are doing it either the usual way on toes or on knees your BUTT should not be up in the air nor sunken low. Try to make your knees to shoulders like a wooden board, nice and straight, yes gays can be straight when doing push ups, just do it. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    If your arms are too weak to start up and go all the way down and up, you can start all the way down and just go up! Width of arms, depends on what parts of your chest and arms you want to focus on if it is for muscle build up. If not, then just slightly wider than your shoulders is good.

    I also know you...you are dipping your head now so you can cheat by getting your nose or forehead down first so you can count it...nope, that don't work, i saw it, start again. And you can just try for ONE good push up, then rest, but not quit!

    stretch your arms out, by keeping them on the ground, and sitting back onto your ankles, head resting on floor, it will make your biceps feel better to rest and stretch them between sets, as will drinking plenty of water.

    Okay, you don't want to do any pushups. FINE!
    Go bake a cake!

    Anyways, no pushups!
    Oh what because I am gay, I must know how to bake? I am offended! Lol. No not really. I love baking! Gonna bake some brownies!

    Try dancing very vigoursly to fast music for 20 minutes! You'll be out like a shot! Works for me

    If I had the energy to get up I would, lol. I might just go make the box of brownies in the cabinet, because at least then I could go back to sitting on the couch being the skinny lazy pig that I am. :wink:

    Watch a movie or tv show. That's what I usually do when I'm tired but don't actually want to go to sleep yet. Sometimes I will read a book instead. Although, brownies do sound good. You're making me want to make brownies!
