    Actually I have a good story to tell:

    At my office Christmas party there were loads of people who were old enough to be my parents, maybe even grand parents yet they were all on the dance floor shaking their stuff. It ranged from totally inappropriate yet hilarious pelvic thrusting at one another to "dad at a wedding" shuffling around. Yet everyone had a great time. I think that's the point, no matter what your dancing style, even if it is just moving your feet left and right, as long as your enjoying yourself, I highly doubt anyone will have a dig at you.

    Just let yourself go, that's the point of dancing.
