Hi Following the femme lesbian thread I hit on another small point in that thread. For all Lesbian and Bi women there is little to no (depending on local gay area) off scene meetups for women. This is a problem as sadly its not a one size fits all and some of us seek intellectuality and good conversation and something a little different to youthyness, watching your friend go from sober to drunk before your eyes in 2-3 hours and partying etc. I for one have difficulties in these settings and while I do like getting drunk from time to time (same for clubbing), I don't feel youthy (even at 23) and this stuff is no longer what my ifes made of. For me and many who will read this and agree we are mostly left without anything to move into now "the scene" is not the pinnacle of our lives.
