So from about May15-June22 im going to be in China, and my boyfriend just told me that he is leaving on June 15 for Barcelona to live there for three months during the summer before college! so the last time ill see him is may 15th and ill be alone for the whole summer ..

this blows!

Im sure if you asked the pilot nicely, he'd make an extra stop to Barcelona on the way home from China.

Just tell you're mom you're "extending your trip".

But in all seriousness, the timing does suck. Try to look at it as the ultimate "me" time.

Aw, sorry to hear that.

If it makes you feel any better, my older brother and his fiancée have seen each other for a total of two weeks in the past half year, and they won't see each other for 6 month stretches for the next 5 years. So you don't have it too bad.

Have fun in China! It's great, wish I could have stayed there longer.
