So... since school's about to start (again), I was wondering what classes everyone was taking?

    My second semester:
Object-Oriented Programming and Data Structures (Java)
    Writing: The Power of Narrative
    Digital Logic and Computer Organization
    Differential Equations for Engineers
Physics III: Oscillations, Waves, and Quantum Physics
    Introduction to Circuits

This is going to be fun

    World Religions
Organic Chemistry II + Lab + Recitation
    Microbiology
    Introduction to Communications
    Introduction to Pharmacy and Healthcare

That's 15 credits, which is 3 less than what I took last semester, meaning more free time. I hope I can still apply for Gen Chem II recitation TA. I'm waiting, with fingers crossed, for a response from the chemistry department :l

I might take Biostatistics if a spot opens.

I just changed my major to Digital Media Production! So I get three awesome classes

    Video and Audio Aesthetics
    Intro to Mass Communications
    Basic Audio
    Lifetime Wellness (health ugh)
    Western Civilizations (History)
World Religions (I'm being forced to take a religion class by my college so I decided world religions would be the best because I get to learn about other religions)

instead of semesters, our school year is divided into 5 terms. My third term began in December and once the holidays end, I'll continue with these subjects:
Finnish 8: Preparatory course for the matriculation exams
Mathematics 18: Preparatory course for the matriculation exams
Art & Art History 7: Preparatory course for applying to higher art education
Drawing and Painting 3: Media and techniques as tools of expression
Swedish 9: Preparatory course for the matriculation exams

Pretty boring. Just going over what we've learnt in earlier courses. :I And lots of homework. I don't really like homework.

next term is going to be more fun though:
    Bookbinding
    Ceramics: Introductory course
    Etching: Basics
Photography: Basics; (I just want to learn how to develop photos, know the rest)

    Linguistics: Second Language Acquisition
    Mandarin Chinese II
Pre-Calculus Mathematics (I took Calculus classes in high school but this is all that's required of me so I get a nice easy math course. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:)
Great Ideas II: The Impact of Technology on Society, An Historical Perspective.
    Honors Indep. Study

I'm excited for the new semester.

    I was signed up for:
    Properties of Engineering Materials
Probability and Statistics for Civil Engineers
    Introduction to Hydraulics
    Geology
    Matrices

But because of a combination of bureaucracy and my stupidity, I got dropped from them. I'm praying I can get back into them. My study abroad plans depend on it.

    - High-Temperature Materials Production (basically thermodynamics)
    - Fluid Mechanics
    - Probability and Statistics for Engineering
    - Intergroup Relations (a psychology course... my elective )

I already took my chemistry course a couple summers ago, so I have some free space. I might pick up another psych elective since my schedule is really light.

    Readings in Modern Theology
    Readings in Practical Theology
    Research Design and Analysis 2
    Assessment in Clinical Psychology
    Assessment in Developmental Psychology
    Dissertation

25% more credits than pretty much everyone else takes, but I'm the only one taking my degree, so they make me suffer. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

My university runs on a trimester basis and it'll be the halfway point when I go back this week.

But the classes I'm taking are: Communication writing fundamentals, political theory, macroeconomics, and world classics (this class is ridiculously boring).

I'm only taking two legit classes this next semester but I'm technically on an overload schedule. I have...

The computer class is just some silly thing I was supposed to take as a freshman but I never got around to it. It's an online course.

And this is my last semester! I graduate in May. ^_^
