Do you ever have "off" days?

most of my life is an 'off day' :s

Its almost 3 o'clock and I havent gotten anything done. Someone please take this laptop anyway from me!

It's rare that I have an 'on' day..

 

It's a struggle every day not to sink into apathy and despair. A good day is one in which no suicidal thoughts cross my mind. So, off days are the norm.

I attribute it to the fact I have no gas money or disposable income and that I'm still recovering from a painful unrequited love, but I'm really just lazy.

 

Perhaps I'm lucky than that I lack having vivid emotions for the most part?

Hope things get better for you though.

 

They come along now and then and usually last for 3 or 4 days. But it is the times in between makes life worth it!

Dw about it, you are having it because its the new year and just gone christmas. Its taken me a while to get back into the routine of work after slacking off for most of the holiday.

But i only really get it either when i am tired or after the completion of a lot of work and am in a period where there's little work to be done.

I don't tend to have full off days, but I will sometimes have a few hours like that and then feel absolutely fine. It happens particularly when I wake up after midday, and its dark and I've sort of wasted a day. But when that happens it usually clears up by around 1900

 

I get on periods occasionally, like a few hours a day. Most of my days are off days.
Waking up early increased my chance of having a full on day though.

 

Sad but true.

 

Oh, the first day back at school after a break is always terrible for me.

 

Off days are very common for me. Depressing.

I seemed to have an off day quite often but just a few weeks ago i told some one i was gay. Since then i have only told one more person but every time i have told someone i feel a little bit better because i can finally be myself towards them. Before i had to hold back doing things that i considered gay and i felt really uncomfortable in doing so. Now i go all out gay and im way more confident. Im way more happy now and my off days are decreasing.

 

I have at least one a week. Off days happen all the time.

 

Isn't it great, though, once you feel the nausea go away and you're finally able to eat something again. I love those moments!

i just lay in bed all day. sometimes skip school because i'm too depressed to function. etc.
