I looked and I didn't see a thread like this. So how do you guys deal with stress? What things do you do to de-stress yourself?

I read, listen to music, draw, paint and sometimes just drive around.

Hot baths, hot tea, exercise, curling up in bed with my cats and a good book and classical music.

I don't unfortunately. In past months I dealt with it by cutting and it didn't stop for a long time, even though things became worse. I listen to music I like, maybe watch a film but it doesn't always help.

Usually a nice meal is relaxing. Or maybe a joint. Sometimes both. Music helps too.

Take photos, go on a journey, listen to music, there's numerous ways I de-stress. Some work better than others, I.e. hobbies - taking photos

I hate to admit it, but if it wasn't for Family Guy and American Dad, I don't know what I'd do. Watching any kind of sitcoms help me de-stress at the end of the day. :icon_wink

Nah, that's pretty cool , Family Guy's hilarious. I like watching the Simpsons, makes me giggle and cheers me up when I've had a bad day

When I'm stress, I don't even feel like masturbating

For me, taking a hot bath is No.1 but living in a flat, the taps run too weak so I don't bother.

    Smoking, eating, and sleeping.

Or if I had a boyfriend, i'll make him give me a massage :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

This used to be my destress ritual until it started giving me uncontrollable anxiety. Now I usually take a shower, go for a run, or walk. If it's really bad I drink some kava infusions, or kratom.

Physical activity helps. Sexual activities, with someone or alone. Running, dancing, etc. Listening to music, google searching various things (yeah, I actually do that). Resting. Meditation with calming music on.

Those are just a few things I do.

drawing normally helps to ease my stress. If i'm in a bad mood I normally like to get up and dance to make myself feel better.
