My father finally found someone,a girlfriend that will take me in her life too.Her name is Patti and met her last night.My father had girlfriends in the past that said I was a freak and hurt me.Not Patti,she loves me for who I am and I got to know her this morning.Took me out for breakfast and she paid.I know we will have a future step mother/daughter relationship.I am proud of my father and told him this.Patti and I will be getting to know each other more Saturday,shopping.I did tell her my story how I was never happy always feeling I born the wrong gender.She has a son that is openly gay,performs as a drag queen and she still loves him.Have not met him yet,talked to him on the phone last night and he wants to meet me.He knows that he getting a future step sister that is transgendered.
Patti is a great person,has a heart of gold knowing everyone is differant.Her son comes up on Saturday and that is when I meet him for the first time.
It's wonderful to have people in your life who will finally accept you. I'm happy you can start this new path in your life
