I know if I was wounded or crippled that I would want someone to love me, so yes, definitely. I wouldn't want to be with someone and I end up in an accident, or if they were in an accident I wouldn't leave thier side.
To be honest, I wouldn't be attracted by him or her. BUT, those I love and those I'm attracted to are two different kinds. From the 3 people I've fallen in love, neither of them would I find attractive if I saw them on the street. Nevertheless, I always fall in love upon knowing a person for a time. So, if I know him/her and start to enjoy being with him/her, then I think I can fall in love.
Of course One of my friends is dating a guy who has had his arm amputated. Sometimes he wears a prosthesis, sometimes he doesn't. No one cares or treats him any differently - he's a great guy and we're happy to have him as a friend
