Snow!

NICE! We rarely get it here as it is near the ocean, and mild, but I was sick both days we had it. Thanks for sharing yours.

 

So jealous of those who reside in the Northern Hemisphere, and get to experience the white beauty that comes with winter.

Here, it's just rain. Grey, rainy weather. And December is spent in smouldering hot conditions.

 

RIGHT? They whine when it rains, then whine when it is too hot, then whine when it snows...best weather ever is snow!

Yeah, make a snow man for me, and then one for you that is hot but not melting.

 

Theres no snow where i live But my town seems to reside in its own meteorological bubble. We never seem to get the same weather the rest of the country gets.

 

It's covered in snow here too! It's been freezing for days now. I love it!

 

Schooooools out for winter!

 

I absolutely LOVE the beauty that snow gives us, however, I have to go to work at 5:30 in the morning and my moped is out of bounds when it snows. I have to use my 60 year old girls bike lol, and it takes ages to go there -also the key snapped off in the lock yesterday BECAUSE OF THE SNOW!

But seriously, it does look great.

 

We never experience snow in our country, I hope someday it will

 

Granted! global warming trends turn around and Philipines is hit by a blizzard...3 feet in just 2 hours, nobody was prepared. All businesses, schools, and roads are closed, several are trapped in their homes and can't get out. Some guy on the internet who is 25 called up the news station sobbing and apologizing profusely saying something about "he had wished for it..."

 

Back at home it's pretty snowy but nothing out of the ordinary, here in Scotland it hasn't snowed since Saturday but it's cold, crisp and sunny. No rain for something like 10 days... unbelievable.

 

Probably had about 4-6" here and according to facebook and the people at the local shopping centre the earth may aswell have stopped turning. Thankfully I have enough food in the house and no need to go out so it is turn the music on and enjoy

 

We tried to make two snowmen/women just like the two in the John Lewis advert, didn't have the right hat and gloves though :icon_bigg

A bit of snow in the UK and the whole country comes to a standstill...makes me laugh...
It's winter time and it's supposed to snow,so people just need to adapt and put on a jumper instead of carrying on with t-shirts,lol

well it was snowing last night but guess what , its all gone now. how fantastic

Cardiff is all snowed up too, so no school... some people have an A Level Maths exam (I THINK it's a resit, though I'm not sure) today so they have to make it there anyway. My school is on a massive hill and I really feel for them...

 

It's snowed twice this week here (New York), but it's pretty much all melted. After living in New Hampshire and always having 5-6 feet of snow on the ground, I'm sort of over it.
