Oh wow haha a few years ago, I think about 4 years or so the same thing happened to me! I was even more freaked out because I didn't start seeing the 11th minute of an hour all the time until after I watched the Exorcism of Emily Rose. So you can imagine I was scared since I don't do well with movies about possession lol.

You must make lots and lots of wishes. ALL OF THE WISHES!
Seeing the same time a lot though, is a really good indicator that your internal clock is spot on.

 

How often do you wake up right before your alarm goes off?

 

Which is why something like setting alarms to xx:09 for a couple of days could throw it off and "cure" the problem.

Alternatively, you could just be looking time up too often, but being only annoyed at xx:11 (I see Pi time, 3:14, very often). So just stop looking

Ergh! The time 11:34 seems to be a common time for me. I somehow manage to start/end something on 11:34, which is pretty odd. It kind of freaks me out, since 11:34 spells something upside down.

 

You are far more likely to remember events rather than nonevents. Every time you look at the clock and see an 11 that is an event and it is committed to memory. However whenever you look at the clock and don't see an 11 is a non-event and therefore far less likely to be remembered. This is why looking back in retrospect things like this often seem like far greater coincidences than they usually are.
