Literally having just come down offa one, I'm curious to see if anybody experiences like sudden burst of happiness from out of nowhere that make you smile, have that pleasant butterfly feeling and just grab the nearest person to you for a huge hug? Sounds completely bizarre but it just comes out of the blue and it's like the sun has just shone 10 times brighter on my world and it's just a great feeling. Please note that when I come down offa one....i'm normally that happy now anyway as opposed to flipping to a downer hehe (!)
Yes! That happens to me all the time. My dogs hate it. I always end up squishing them in a group hug :lol:
Yes, I get that all the time. Usually after the burst of happiness though I end up crashing into a funk for about half a day. I don't know if it's because I used up all my energy being happy or what. I'm quite the energetic happy person.
Yes. But more often when my migraine aura is coming on lol. Sometimes l just laugh all day after the headache passes and hardly talk. But l really do feel very happy xD
sure I feel that way at times ... I thought it was just hormones ! lol seriously who knows what our brain chemistry is up too some days !
Without sex or substance: not in many years. I fake it constantly, most people in meatspace think I am happy-go-lucky, and maybe one day I will be.
I seem to get the opposite - I can be really happy for days, then bam! It's like my mood just crashes, and nothing will cheer me up
I call that MDMA :lol: Joking, yeah I know what you mean, sometimes you get out of bed in the morning and for some reason everything seems that little bit brighter than normal. Actually I've had one of those days today, it's been good.
