Dark Circles

    I have had dark circles under my eyes as long as I can remember, I get a sufficient amount of sleep and have a healthy diet etc...

    Does anyone have any tips for getting rid of dark circles under the eyes?

    Try a cold compress in the morning. It will help with the damaged blood vessels under your eyes.

    Get a plastic/metal spoon, put a plastic sandwich bag over it and keep it in the freezer.

    Before you go to bed, take the spoon out and cover it over each eye for a minute. :slight_smile:
