    I'm Cham too and it's our new year too! plus i think it's also Vietnamese Tet new year so Chuc mung nam moi!

    新年快乐 - means "happy new year"
    xin1 nian2 kuai4 le4 (Mandarin) san nin fai lok (Cantonese)

    恭喜发财 - roughly means "congratulations and prosper"
    gong1 xi3 fa1 cai2 (Mandarin) gung hei fat choi (Cantonese)

    出入平安 - roughly means "peaceful comings and goings"
    chu1 ru4 ping2 an1 (Mandarin) chut yap ping on (Cantonese)

    You can take out the numbers, I thought they were important till my friend explained that you don't need them.

    The numbers are actually quite important, as they indicate the tone.
