I have too many favorite books so I'll list few ones that are very special to me.
The Book Thief; The Messenger; Inkheart series; Stoneheart series; Hunger Games series; The Immortals series; and I could go on forever but I'll end it here.
Loved the thread btw *-* let's discuss about books!!

I also don't have one single favorite, but the Culture novels by Ian Banks are probably my single most favorite fictional universe.

The Fault in our Stars by John Green! It's one of two books to make me cry. The other is Tales from Foster High. The second book made me just bawl! But both were soooo good! I highly recommend them both!

Looking for Alaska by John green or the Perks of Being a Wallflower by Steven chbosky. I love reading, I used to not like it, but within the last two months I've read atleast ten books.

    The Lord of the Flies.

When I first read it when I was in middle school I thought it was okay. I liked it, but it wasn't anything that lept out at me. Several years ago, in high school, I decided to give it another try and it blew my mind with how great it was. It's short, but brilliant. If there are those of you who haven't read it then I highly recommend it.

Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides. The book changed my life. It was the first one I ever read that talked about gender identity and other sensitive topics.

All of Eugenides's books are excellent.
