OK well I just had the most brilliant idea and one week im going to dress a different decade from the 1950's-1990's with the hair styles...I got all of this from watching Hairspray lol. But my question is where can I obtain clothes from back then? Besides the internet?

Thrift stores! They're loaded with old clothing.

The rescue mission? They tend to sell clothes that the homeless people wouldn't use :/

The thrift store is the main place though >_<

    Btw, <3 Hairspray =P

Ask elderly relatives. Or fancy dress shops.

Yeah, I remember dressing up in 50's in high school and I went to my aunt who had saved her poodle skirt and her husband's lettermans sweater. Perfect!
