So for those of you who dont know, the 'Marriage (same sex couples) Bill' is currently before the Commons Select Committee. One of the major groups opposed to gay marriage is the 'Coalition for Marriage', a bunch of bible waving loons if I ever saw them Every few weeks they publish a short clip, which, in their words, 'explains the importance of the true meaning of marriage'.Here's the latest one. Marriage Minutes No. 7 :roflmao: "... but the significant thing was the size of the 'no' vote." Uhrm... no it wasn't. If it were, the bill wouldn't have passed its second reading. I'll let you draw your own conclusions.
"The government can't influence the House of Lords like they can MPs" - Implying that the House of Commons and House of Lords aren't what makes up the government and it's actually some mysterious force hidden from public view with a radical leftie agenda.
