To be fair, if someone liked you back they're likely to think it's cute.

I feel my face start burning sometimes, oh geez. How obvious if it looks on the outside how it feels to me! I don't think my speech gets impaired though.

Oh I so understand how you feel. Just remember people are just people LIKE YOU, and in the end it won't matter cause you'll probably never see these hot guys ever again. I HATE when people say "oooooh just be yourself" but honestly what else can you be?

My face burns all the effing time I am around someone I find attractive, romantically or sexually. I rarely speak, so I don't know if I stutter like a freaking dork, either.

Does your stomach twist and turn, too? Or is that just me?

It's a dead give away if I like someone. I blush so hard I make a ripe tomato look pale. :icon_redf  I don't think there's a way to stop it, but I think it's cute when people get tongue tied. Just pretend you're really tired and it'll work out. Lol

I don't think my stomach turns, but I'm sure that's quite common. I'm very shy, so I never really get to test this stuff out either. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    Yes.

I'm pretty good at interpersonal communication. But when I'm attracted to someone, I tend to get quite awkward and can't make eye contact.

Well, not exactly sexually attractive, but if I'm attracted to them... hello awkward behaviour and tons of social anxiety.

Yes, it can be rather awkward. It's probably just me being aware of it to a hightened degree, but I find myself being really concious of not showing it, probably to the point of acting wierdly. If anything was gonna give me away, it probably wouldn't be my natural reaction, it would be my concious reaction to it.

That burger sounds good btw. Can I have one please.

Happens to us all, we are more self conscious of our feelings than others, if you have never met this person then they probably think you at weird all the time.

I agree that it dissipates with age but until then get your shit together. Think about what the worst thing that could happen is and if it's not a big deal then go for it. If it is then it's probably better to just let it go until an opportune moment presents itself. What do you have to lose?

  19. No, I'm never awkward. My autism means I don't pick up on awkwardness and I can't really do it.
