If you had the chance to plan your own funeral service, what song would you want played, that is symbolic of you? :icon_bigg

Here's to you, Nicola and Bart
Rest forever here in our hearts
The last and final moment is yours
    Agony is your triumph

It might just be because I'm a Metal Gear Solid fanboy, but I think this song would be perfect.

    Nina Simone's Feeling Good.

I dont want people listening to sad music at my funeral. If I had my choice, my funeral would be a celebration of my life, not mourning my loss. Its a beautiful song, I take it as celebrating life and good feelings, and feeling a connection with everything on the Earth.

Sleep in peace when day is done, thats what I mean...

If thats the case, then I would have Rebecca Black blasting in the background

But seriously I prefer not to have a funeral, rather not waste the money :tears:

I think I would have my body Incremated and my ashes thrown in the sea.

Here comes the sun by The Beatles

I wouldn't want people to be sad. I would want them to think of the fun times instead of how they won't see me again. This song is really beautiful and really reflects how I would want people to think.

When my uncle died they played Yesterday by The Beatles and it was really beautiful. I wouldn't mind having that one played either.

No need for lyrics. I'd rather people be pensive and reflective; let them think what they'd like to think.

    A broken sky

    A troubled past

Good things never seem to last

    Love followed by pain

    Wind followed by rain

Despite the storm live your life

A smile can overcome pain and strife

And after every storm shines light

This Exactly@Z3ni. But maybe I would like for them to play Nina Simone "To Love Somebody" or "I Wish I Knew How It Would Feel To Be Free" while doing it.

I'll probably think of more, but my number one has always been the ultimate cliché..
