I guess it would be possible to achieve orgasm solely through contractions of muscles surrounding the penile tissue.. I certainly can't do it, but I can see how it would be possible.
It's hard to "finish" with no physical stimulation, but if your very horny, and if other things is being stimulated and your just in the moment... It's absolutely possible and it has happened.

Wet dreams demonstrate that this is possible in principle and a significant fraction of written porn includes the idea of a guy getting so excited that he ejaculates without touching himself, usually as a result of observing a person or people engaged in some sexual act(s). It happenes rarely to me. I don't get myself off but a few times a month to begin with. I am trans and feel disconected with that part of my body. It's quite possible and there are a number of techniques for doing so by yourself (i.e, with no touching at all.) It typically takes a fair amount of practice, because it involves a form of self-hypnosis, focused breath, and developing a level of body awareness most people haven't developed. But if you put the effort in, you can learn to do it, and the quality of your orgasm goes up substantially, both when you do it entirely mentally or with physical stimulation.
