I'm quite skinny and I don't have an access to a gym... How can I get fitter? Thanks

Also, if you workout, how often?

I have the opposite problem, I need to lose weight but build muscle.

If you don't have access to a gym, you can do what are referred to as "Bodyweight exercises."

Men's Health magazine has lots of good resources regarding bodyweight exercises, hopefully this will get you started. Good luck  !

Hey the best way maybe also be cheapest ways
Jog in the park 3 times a week in a local park 30 40 mins a time try to mix between walking-light jog then a bit faster on a day on day off basis .
    also cycle a bit
weights use large water bottles 10 reps each arm then together building your chest muscles

I would keep looking maybe the school or YMCA has a Gym

Lol, doing pullups/chinups is a way, way, more effective way to build arm muscles than doing curls with waterbottles. No gym required.

Try these challenges if you want, they will help:

100 press up challange: one hundred push ups - welcome
200 sit up challenge: two hundred sit-ups
    200 squats: two hundred squats

    Jog like Leer said too.

Also try to eat a lot more, because all this exercising will just make you lose weight. So you need to eat more then you burn. Try and make it healthy foods too.

If you want to get really into the bodyweight stuff, consider the book Convict Conditioning ... my goal for 2013 is to do a one-legged squat
