This video to me is rather inspirational It gives me a sense of how life can be like and the freedom and all this weight I can get off my shoulder if I just come out to the people I love and care about and just be myself. But at the same I'm "trapped" and have to "live by" certain social expectations of being an Asian which also happens to be the eldest sibling and first kid on my dad's side (and my dad is oldest in his family). For those of you wondering, in Asian culture, there is a lot of expectations and examples the eldest person in each family and side has to set, and it is even more pressuring since I'm a guy. I just really want to come out... I get a bit emotional every time I watch this video, but at the same time I'm scared because of the unknown and the reactions I might get from my relatives.
