I didn't watch the videos seeing my internet has run out and im on dial up speed. T_T But isnt the reason women have wide hips is to allow more room for babies in there? How do men make the room seeing there hips don't grow like that?
Becky posted about this story here This is one of the most touching stories I have ever heard, from his childhood to discovering his sexuality then his gender reassignment and finally to try and have a baby. I'm glad the child will be raised in such a loving family and that they are brave enough to share their story with everyone. It almost made me want to have a baby. He seems like a really kind, loving, sensitive person. I hope they live the rest of their lives as happy (or happier) as they are right now.
While I find the story pretty neat... I've heard about this a lot in school, and it's appalling how uneducated people are. It makes me sort of sick when people go around saying, "She's not actually a man," and, "Ewww, gross!" If people misunderstand homosexuality, then they are even more confused about gender identity.
I am soo sorry, but I hated how Oprah managed the interview. I found her too sarcastic and too misrespectful, I'm sorry. It didn't set well to my point of view.
I think its good how she treated him exactly how she would treat any other guest. She didnt act like he was a "freak" yet acknowledged that he was different.
I don't get the big to do over it? I mean it is odd, only in the sense most people are saying the guy is pregnant and leaving it at that. He is a female turned male who kept his reproductive organs. I mean it is an amazing story because usually it doesn't happen but other then that... why is it so "must be covered?"

"He" was a woman, she/he still has female parts inside, they said it on tv. This is not a medical miracle, it's just a woman who changed genders and is still pregnant. If that's what she/he wanted to do do fine, but this is a just someone wanting to get on tv for attention. I'm not at all touched by this sad story.
