    Yeah, I`ve seen it before, it`s some kind of medical thing! Just a seemingly bad spot for it, or humorous one, depending on your sense of humor. It wasn`t quite funny for me, but my GF would have laughed her butt off :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    There is various medicated sprays that numb the muscles for sports. They are actually really useful if you don't want to put icy hot cream in your 'delicate' areas. We used to use this is hockey a lot for the groin muscles.
