Pastry chef , baker

    So today I know and discovered what am I : I'm a pastry chef or baker but how do I get there? Without any experience except baking cakes and pies in my house ? Tell me how u got ur career and did u had it in u all along ? Or was it something u discovered recently ?

    Well, I can't say exactly that I know how- I'm just considering a career in culinary. But I'd suggest, if you're serious about a career as a pastry chef, looking into culinary schools. Most offer an associate's in pastery arts, two years. Culinary school doesn't come cheap (which is my biggest barrier from being able to attend) but many colleges that offer extensive hospitality programs might also include a culinary program. So do some research and se what you come up with.
