    So, the ACT government has decided to launch a new piece of "art" called the sky whale; a giant balloon that will fly around Canberra.

    If you come to Canberra (seriously, don't), you will find the most hideous public art you will ever see. The Territory government has no taste, and thinks that a flying tit-whale is more important than school funds.
