I'm Italian/German with some Irish in there somewhere, too tired to figure out the breakdown. I'm Italian enough to qualify for citizenship and an Italian passport

My mum was born and lived in Milan. I have family over there who I visit at least twice a year and speak to them in Italian.

People think I am Italian because of my very Italian middle and last names. I am only 1/4 Italian though.

My grandpa immigrated to New York State from Puglia in the mid 1950s.

  10. I am  My family is from Sicily. Specifically they're from Palermo.

I'm Italian and Portuguese but look nothing like either. Most people assume I am Irish or Scottish due to my red hair and skin. My Italian side is from Northern Italty around Venice and Portuguese side is from the islands.

One quarter Italian, from my mom's side. From a small town outside of Rome.

Yeah I'm part Italian, from my father's side. However that side of the family is kinda backward and stuff. My grandparents don't really even speak fluent English and stuff.

I have been to Italy, I studied in Rome for six months, traveled a bit mostly just in Southern Italy like Naples and also Sicily. Sicily was beautiful, I got a lot of cool pics there, I'd like to go back when its warmer to swim in the Mediterranean Sea.

I'm half Italian, my dad was born and raised in Napoli. My surname is pure Calabrian, I might have some Sicilian in me too.

My dad's side of the family is full-blooded Italian. Mom's mostly Irish but she's got some Italian mixed in her ancestry. Not sure of the exact breakdown for me, other than I'm >50% Italian. My physical features favor my father's side though so people tend to peg me as Italian by my appearance.

Dad's not actually from Italy though. He was born in the U.S., and his family came over from there in early 20th century. My grandparents spoke fluent Italian. I used to know some of the swear words that I picked up from my grandpa (he'd slip into Italian when he got really upset about something, haha). Sadly, I've forgotten what little Italian I picked up from them since they've passed away.
