Do You Party?

Nah, i'm a pretty introverted person so parties aren't really for me

 

Parties are not my cup of tea...I end up feeling very anxious, and my social anxiety is always at its worst during parties...to the point where I refer to myself as the wrong gender. >_>

 

I've partied a lot w/ my fraternity the past four years. Unfortunately, I was in the closet and dating a girl for about 11 months before I came out three weeks ago so for the past year I've hit up ragers less frequently.

Your creek and bonfire sounds cool though. It's hard to do bonfires like that here in the middle of the city.

 

I enjoy a good party every now and then. Sometimes, I find it nerve-wracking at first, but I usually end up enjoying myself.

 

Nahhh. I've been invited to parties, mostly where there's alcohol and/or drugs, but I don't do any of that, and I'm not much of a party prson either.

 

Does staying home and drinking in front of the monitor count?

 

When I was younger I did and could do it soundly, but now that I am for sure gay and ever since I became sexually active I kind of started developing anxiety problems in large groups. It's only because I am in the closet and parties are usually for hooking up, and as you grow older the sexual energy at a real party is just too much for me to feel comfortabe in.

I used to love socializing...etc, and it is in my nature, but I definately do not party and most likely won't until I am comfortable enough to tell anyone I am gay. It is really hard to get to know someone at a party and have them say something homophobic or just drop the word gay. It makes me choke up, so I don't like making new friends or even buddy buddying someone until I know they aren't homophobic, even though they don't know I am gay I just don't like getting set up for disappointment and parties are full of that.

I also would never want to party in a gay only atmosphere because that would just be weird.

Still get wasted with a couple friends though every now and then.

 

I used to go to a few "parties" that had about 7-12ish people, didn't really like it. Had this crush on a girl which is pretty much the only reason I went. I'm definitively not a "party guy".

 

Not really for me, however I do attend events now and then. When I turn 21 and become legal *cough*, then I will try just a bit more.

 

Only once in a while. I don't do well with loud music and lots of people, I go into sensory overload.

 

Not recently; when I did party at college I was always dependent on alcohol or drugs in order to fit in socially, so I always partied wildly and put myself at risk.

I'm actually quite extroverted so I love social gatherings, but I never get invited to any... =/
