It would have to be a toss up between Indian and Ethiopian cuisine at this point, even having tried various other ethnic dishes... Mexican, Brazilian, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, and Armenian. The distinct combination of flavors blew me away - never before did I have curry, daal makhani, or pulao rice. Same with doro wat - simple, yet flavorful. From what I've seen, Malaysia, Singaporean, and Indonesian cuisines also look incredible, but sadly there are no restaurants here.
I love Moroccan style food. I often make a lamb and date tagine, its a Nigella Lawson recipe so you know its going to be good. Lamb and date tagine | Mail Online
Tonkatsu with passion fruit salad. Well tonkatsu for those who doesnt know,is a japanese recipe, with pork grilled, and barbeque sauce, and they serve it with a sallad of lettuce and passion fruit dressing.
I enjoy sushi and sashimi personally. While I do find a few Japanese recipes gross there techniques for preparing raw fish and there usage of vinegar rice is delicious.
Lobster tartare that I've eaten at a sushi bar, really delicious. Some lamb that my neighbor cooks every year for a religious holiday and he always brings us a bit over, it's very good.
Indian curry. Lots of super yummy vegetarian or chicken recipes. Can adjust heat to your liking & make the recipe your own w/some of your fav. veggies. Curry is very forgiving with experimenting. Chili Chili Chili I love Chili!!!!!
never heard of this, but it sounds so tempting to make. Would you happen to have a recipe for such delicious food, my friend?
There is this one restaurant which does THE BEST chicken parmigiana! Oh boy, it is certainly to die for! <3
