Insomnia

    No matter how hard I try to go to sleep at night I always end up waking up in the middle of the night and cant go back to sleep. They only way I can stay asleep is if I take meds but then I wake up groggy. Just wondering if anyone else have this prob and what do you guys do to help it??

    I just started doing this and so far it's worked every time...

    Get up and go eat a tablespoon of peanut butter (I use Jif crunchy style) then go back to bed. I've done this about 4 times now and fall back asleep pretty fast and sleep deeply, including dreaming. Even worked when I only had an hour until the alarm was going to go off.
